What does a utopian world look like to you?

Utopia means “ideal place.” So a utopian world is a world where everything is aimed to be perfect. It’s a heaven on earth.

Over the last few months, I’ve been thinking about how our thoughts and actions shape much of our reality instead of our objective world.

It made me wonder if living in a utopia in my mind was possible regardless of the world around me.

And that’s what sparked this question that I want you to ask yourself:

How would you spend your time in your vision of a utopian world?

Here are a few things on my list:

• Traveling the world
• Meeting interesting people
• Learning new things
• Living a healthy lifestyle
• Creating more

Take this list, and I challenge you to convert this list into something you can do over the next 30 days.

Here are a few things on my list:

• travel to four places I’ve never been before
• meet four interesting people
• learn Spanish, coding, and chess for an hour each a day
• play basketball 3x a week
• continue writing my book
• delete social media apps (create more time to live in my personal utopia)

I did this in July and it completely transformed my appreciation for life. I still had to live my normal life and check off my usual to-do list, but what I did with my time outside of completing mundane tasks was game-changing.

I was more excited to wake up in the mornings. I felt myself transforming as I fell more deeply in love with Spanish, coding, and chess. I’ve met some fantastic people who I hope will grow into lifelong connections. My book is almost at the finish line.

Overall, I feel fulfilled in a world where fulfillment is challenging.

While a group-utopian world is out of your reach, an individualized-utopian reality is right in front of you, waiting for you to grasp it. It’s a choice you must make every day until your utopian to-do list becomes a fulfilling lifestyle.
