World of01What Journey is
Journey provides guided 30-day creative practices ("Journeys"): daily lessons, prompts, and a private space to make and keep creative work. Journey is a creative-practice tool. It is not therapy, medical care, or mental-health treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.
02Your account
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use Journey. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Journey. Journey is not directed at children under 13.
03Your creative work is yours
Everything you make in Journey — text, photos, video, audio, links, and files you create or upload ("Your Work") — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of Your Work.
You grant us only the limited license necessary to operate the Service: to store, back up, sync, display, and transmit Your Work to you, on your devices, at your direction. That license exists solely to provide the Service to you and ends when Your Work is deleted from our systems.
We do not use Your Work to train artificial-intelligence models. We do not sell Your Work. We do not show Your Work to other users — Journey has no public feed, and Your Work is private to your account.
If your subscription ends, you retain access to your archive of Your Work and the ability to export it. Paid content (Journeys, lessons) requires an active subscription, but access to what you made does not.
04Our content
The Journeys, lessons, audio, prompts, frameworks, app design, and all other content and software we provide (excluding Your Work) belong to World of Creatives or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use them within the App for your own creative practice. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or create derivative products from our content, or use it to build a competing service.
05Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Journey offers auto-renewing subscriptions (currently an annual plan and a monthly plan), which may include a free trial (currently 7 days). Pricing is shown in the App before purchase.
- Billing is handled by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Trials convert automatically. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription you selected begins and your Apple account is charged.
- Canceling. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings (Settings → your Apple account → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
- Price changes. If we change subscription prices, changes apply no earlier than your next renewal, with notice as required by Apple and applicable law.
06Acceptable use
Journey is a private practice space, and we intend to keep it safe. You agree not to: (a) use the Service for anything unlawful; (b) upload content that is illegal, including content that exploits or endangers minors, or that you do not have the right to use; (c) attempt to access another person's account or data; (d) probe, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security; (e) use automated means to scrape or bulk-extract our content; or (f) resell or commercially exploit the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
07Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, including our commitments that your creative work is never used for advertising or AI training. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.
08Account deletion and data
You may delete your account from within the App. Deletion removes your account and Your Work from our production systems as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export Your Work before deleting. We may retain limited records where the law requires it.
09Changes to the Service
Journey evolves. We may add, change, or remove features, content, or Journeys. If we make material changes that reduce the core value of an active paid subscription, we will provide notice and, where required, remedies consistent with applicable law and Apple's policies.
10Termination
You may stop using Journey at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice for paid subscribers). Sections 3, 4, and 11–14 survive termination.
11Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular creative, personal, or professional outcome will result from its use. Back up work that matters to you; while protecting Your Work is our highest engineering priority, no system is infallible.
12Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORLD OF CREATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where prohibited, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.
13Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence (including in the EU/UK).
14General
These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these Terms; if changes are material, we will notify you in the App or by email before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Apple: These Terms are between you and World of Creatives, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App and is not responsible for claims relating to it, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
