Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 17, 2026
Last updated: August 17, 2026

World of Creatives LLC (“World of Creatives,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, the choices available to you, and the rights that may apply where you live.

This Policy applies to World of Creatives websites, subdomains, newsletters, notes, applications, landing pages, memberships, private community spaces, live sessions, events, programs, and other products or services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

A separate product may have its own privacy policy. When a separate policy is presented, it governs that product. The Journey mobile application, for example, may be covered by a separate privacy policy.

1. Who Is Responsible for Your Information

The organization responsible for the personal information described in this Policy is:

World of Creatives LLC
5579 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, Ste B #1215
Dunwoody, GA 30338-4154
United States
Email: dwayne@worldofcreatives.com

For people in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, World of Creatives LLC is generally the controller of personal data covered by this Policy unless we say otherwise.

2. Personal Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.

2.1 Information you provide directly

We may collect:

  • Contact and identity information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, username, date of birth or age confirmation, and social-media handle.
  • Account information, such as login details, profile settings, membership status, plan, and account preferences.
  • Application information, such as your creative discipline, biography, goals, location, portfolio links, website, work samples, community interests, references, and answers to application questions.
  • Payment and transaction information, such as billing name, billing address, purchase history, subscription status, discount, refund, and the last four digits or brand of a payment card when supplied by our payment processor. We generally do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
  • Newsletter and marketing information, such as signup source, topics of interest, consent records, email preferences, and whether you open or interact with a message.
  • SMS information, such as your telephone number, opt-in record, message history, delivery status, and opt-out request.
  • Community and User Content, such as posts, comments, reactions, direct messages, profile content, artwork, writing, photographs, audio, video, files, event participation, and other material you choose to submit.
  • Communications, such as support requests, survey answers, interview responses, testimonials, contest or grant entries, and other correspondence.
  • Event information, such as registration, attendance, accessibility requests, questions, chat messages, and, when disclosed, audio or video from a recorded event.
  • Permission and release information, such as consent to use a testimonial, image, voice, artwork, or event recording.

Please do not send highly sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it and it is necessary. Community posts and applications can reveal sensitive matters based on what you choose to say. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you for advertising.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • internet protocol address;
  • browser type, operating system, device type, language, and device settings;
  • cookie, pixel, session, advertising, and similar identifiers;
  • referring and exit pages, links clicked, pages viewed, searches, scroll activity, and time spent;
  • dates and times of visits and interactions;
  • email delivery, open, and click information;
  • approximate location inferred from an IP address;
  • diagnostic, crash, performance, security, and fraud-prevention information; and
  • interactions with embedded media, social buttons, forms, comment tools, or other third-party features.

We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location through the Services unless a feature clearly asks you to provide it.

2.3 Information from other sources

We may receive information from:

  • payment processors and commerce platforms;
  • community, newsletter, form, event, and customer-support providers;
  • social networks and lead-generation forms when you choose to submit information through them;
  • referral partners, sponsors, or members who invite or nominate you;
  • analytics, advertising, security, and fraud-prevention providers;
  • public websites or portfolios when reasonably needed to review an application, verify authorship, or protect rights; and
  • another person who communicates with us about you, subject to applicable law.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

3.1 Provide and operate the Services

  • create and manage accounts and memberships;
  • process applications and make admission, grant, sponsorship, or program decisions;
  • process payments, renewals, refunds, discounts, and financial assistance;
  • deliver notes, newsletters, downloads, events, community features, and purchased content;
  • enable profiles, posts, messages, comments, Pods, Journeys, live sessions, and member interactions;
  • provide customer support and respond to requests;
  • remember settings and personalize your experience; and
  • maintain, troubleshoot, test, and improve the Services.

3.2 Communicate with you

  • send transactional messages about your account, application, purchase, event, membership, security, or policy changes;
  • send newsletters, announcements, and promotions in accordance with your choices and applicable law;
  • send text messages when you have separately opted in;
  • conduct surveys, interviews, research, and feedback requests; and
  • notify you about opportunities, grants, sponsored memberships, or related offerings.

3.3 Protect people, rights, and the Services

  • authenticate users and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, harassment, and unauthorized access;
  • moderate community spaces and investigate reports;
  • enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines;
  • detect and investigate scraping, prohibited AI use, copyright infringement, impersonation, and misuse of creative work;
  • preserve evidence and protect the safety, rights, property, and integrity of World of Creatives, members, creators, and the public; and
  • comply with lawful requests and legal obligations.

3.4 Analyze and grow the Services

  • understand audience, engagement, conversion, retention, and content performance;
  • measure campaigns and referral sources;
  • improve site design, messaging, programs, and member experience;
  • create aggregated or deidentified statistics; and
  • deliver or measure advertising where permitted and subject to your privacy choices.

We will not attempt to reidentify information we maintain as deidentified except to test whether our deidentification methods are effective or as otherwise permitted by law.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where a law requires us to identify a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:

  • Contract: processing needed to provide a Service you requested, manage your account, process a purchase, or fulfill our agreement with you.
  • Consent: processing based on permission you gave, such as certain marketing emails, text messages, recordings, optional cookies, or use of a testimonial. You may withdraw consent, but withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
  • Legitimate interests: processing reasonably needed to operate and improve the Services, communicate with our audience, secure the community, prevent fraud, understand engagement, enforce rights, and develop our work, balanced against your rights and expectations.
  • Legal obligation: processing needed to comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, court, regulatory, law-enforcement, or other legal requirements.
  • Legal claims and vital interests: processing needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to protect someone’s life or safety where applicable.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information as described below. We do not disclose private member content simply because it may be commercially useful.

5.1 Service providers

We use companies that perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • website hosting, domain, content-delivery, security, and bot management;
  • email newsletters, forms, automations, and customer relationship management;
  • private community hosting and membership management;
  • payment processing, billing, fraud prevention, and accounting;
  • event, video, audio, podcast, and streaming services;
  • comments, surveys, support, and communications;
  • analytics, attribution, advertising, and conversion measurement;
  • cloud storage, collaboration, document, and productivity tools; and
  • legal, insurance, audit, and professional services.

Depending on the feature you use and the systems currently enabled, providers may include Stripe, Circle, Kit, Substack, Disqus, YouTube, Spotify, Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, our website host, and related vendors. Each provider processes information under its own terms, our instructions, or both, depending on the relationship.

5.2 Other members and the public

Information you place in a member profile, post, comment, event chat, direct message, or public area is disclosed to the audience shown by that feature. Public content may be visible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines. Private-community content is intended for authorized members, moderators, and service providers, but no online community can guarantee that another member will never copy or disclose something.

5.3 Sponsors, partners, and co-hosts

We may disclose limited information to a sponsor, referral partner, event co-host, grant administrator, or collaborating organization when needed to provide an opportunity you requested, administer a sponsored seat or benefit, or run a co-branded activity. We will provide additional notice or seek consent when appropriate.

We do not give sponsors a private member list for their own unrelated marketing without permission.

5.4 Advertising and analytics partners

Subject to consent and opt-out rights where required, analytics and advertising partners may receive online identifiers, internet activity, approximate location, and campaign information through cookies, pixels, APIs, or similar tools. They may use this information to measure activity, build audiences, limit repeated ads, attribute conversions, or show ads based on activity across sites and services.

Some laws call this kind of disclosure a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising,” even when no money changes hands. See Sections 8 and 12 for your choices.

5.5 Legal, safety, and rights protection

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to:

  • comply with law, legal process, court orders, or valid government requests;
  • investigate fraud, abuse, threats, security incidents, infringement, or prohibited scraping and AI use;
  • enforce agreements and collect amounts owed;
  • protect the rights, safety, or property of World of Creatives, members, creators, service providers, or others; or
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5.6 Business transactions

We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or transfer of all or part of the Services. The recipient will be required to handle personal information consistently with applicable law and any promises that continue to bind the data.

5.7 At your direction

We may disclose information when you ask us to, authorize a connection, apply for a third-party opportunity, or otherwise direct the disclosure.

6. Payments

Payments are generally processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. The provider collects payment-card and financial information directly and may use it for payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance, and other purposes described in its privacy policy.

We generally receive transaction identifiers, billing contact information, card brand and last four digits, payment status, subscription details, refund information, and fraud or risk signals rather than the full card number.

7. Artificial Intelligence, Search, and Automated Processing

7.1 Private member content and model training

We do not intentionally sell or license private member content or personal information to third parties for training their general-purpose public artificial-intelligence models.

We may use vendors that include AI-assisted features for limited operational purposes, such as spam detection, security, customer support, transcription, search, moderation assistance, analytics, or workflow automation. When we do, we will use available contractual terms, product settings, access restrictions, and data-minimization measures intended to limit the provider’s use of the information to delivering the requested service.

We will not use a member’s private artwork, writing, voice, image, or community posts to build a model that imitates that member without the member’s separate, express permission.

7.2 Public content, AI discovery, and attribution

World of Creatives wants its public ideas to be discoverable and accurately connected to their source. We may therefore use robots instructions, Content Signals, structured metadata, sitemaps, and similar tools to permit compliant search engines and AI answer systems to crawl, index, retrieve, quote, summarize, and cite public World of Creatives pages while reserving our rights against model training, bulk extraction, cloning, and substantial reproduction.

This may allow a third-party service to process information that is already public, such as:

  • the text, title, author name, publication date, and canonical address of a public note, article, manifesto, biography, landing page, transcript, or excerpt;
  • public quotations and short passages attributed to Dwayne “Way” Walker or another identified creator;
  • public images, captions, descriptions, and metadata that we have made available for indexing; and
  • public profile information or User Content that a person intentionally posts in an area visible without an account, subject to that person’s rights.

A permitted AI answer may quote or summarize a limited portion of a public page, identify the creator, and provide a link or other reference to the original source. Our Terms and Conditions set the limits for these uses. Permission involving World of Creatives Content does not transfer ownership and does not grant rights in User Content owned by a member or another third party.

7.3 Public information and third-party systems

Information published on an unrestricted page can be viewed, copied, indexed, quoted, or processed by people and automated systems. Search engines and AI providers operate independently and process information under their own privacy policies and technical practices. We do not control every downstream copy, cache, answer, quotation, or use after public information leaves our Services.

We use legal notices and may use robots instructions, Content Signals, access controls, rate limits, canonical links, bot-management tools, and enforcement measures to communicate and protect our choices. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every third party will obey them.

Do not publish information in a public area that you want to remain private. Private community areas, applications, direct messages, paid resources, and account information are not included in our public AI-discovery permission merely because an unauthorized person or system finds a way to access them.

7.4 Automated decisions

We may use automation to sort applications, detect spam, flag possible abuse, personalize communications, or support human review. We do not currently make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. If that changes, we will provide any notice and rights required by law.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits, server logs, APIs, and similar technologies.

8.1 Types of technologies we may use

  • Strictly necessary: needed for login, payment, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, consent records, and core site functions.
  • Preferences: remember language, settings, forms, or display choices.
  • Analytics: help us understand visits, engagement, email performance, and how the Services work.
  • Advertising and attribution: measure campaigns, remember referral sources, create audiences, and support targeted advertising where permitted.
  • Embedded content: enable videos, audio, comments, forms, social features, or third-party media that may set their own technologies.

Where required, we will ask for consent before using nonessential cookies or similar technologies. You can change your choices through the cookie settings or Your Privacy Choices link on our site. You may also adjust browser settings, although blocking some technologies can affect functionality.

8.2 Global Privacy Control and browser signals

Where legally required, we treat a valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. You may still need to contact us or sign in to apply a request to information not linked to that browser.

Because there is no universally accepted standard for ordinary “Do Not Track” signals, we do not respond to every such signal. We do respond to legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including GPC where required.

9. Marketing Choices

9.1 Email

You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in any marketing message. We may keep a suppression record so we can honor the request. You may continue to receive necessary messages about purchases, accounts, security, applications, or events.

9.2 Text messages

You may opt out of recurring text messages at any time by replying STOP or using another reasonable method. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

9.3 Advertising

You may use the site’s Your Privacy Choices control to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable. You may also use GPC and controls offered by your browser, device, or the relevant advertising platform.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, honor privacy choices, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect creative rights, and comply with law.

Retention depends on factors such as:

  • whether you have an active account, membership, or ongoing relationship with us;
  • the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information;
  • why it was collected and whether that purpose can be achieved another way;
  • tax, accounting, contract, consumer-protection, limitation-period, and legal requirements;
  • security, fraud, moderation, and rights-enforcement needs;
  • the settings and backup cycles of service providers; and
  • a valid deletion request or consent withdrawal.

For example, we may retain transaction records for legally required accounting periods, maintain email or SMS suppression information to honor opt-outs, preserve evidence of permissions and policy acceptance, and keep limited security logs after account deletion. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups and may be retained longer when required for a legal claim, investigation, safety matter, or legal obligation.

We will periodically review information and delete or deidentify it when it is no longer reasonably needed.

11. International Data Transfers

World of Creatives is based in the United States, and our providers may operate in the United States and other countries. Your information may therefore be processed in countries whose data-protection laws differ from those where you live.

When required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections approved by relevant authorities, vendor transfer frameworks, and technical or organizational measures. You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your information.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • know whether we process your personal information;
  • access or receive a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete information;
  • receive certain information in a portable format;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • withdraw consent;
  • opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
  • limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
  • appeal a denial of a privacy request;
  • receive information about categories of information, sources, purposes, and recipients;
  • authorize an agent to make a request; and
  • receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

12.1 How to make a request

Email dwayne@worldofcreatives.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” State your name, the right you want to exercise, the email or account connected to the request, and the jurisdiction where you live. You may also use the Your Privacy Choices link for cookie and advertising opt-outs.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Verification may include confirming control of an email address, account, transaction detail, or other information reasonably connected to the request. We will not ask for more information than reasonably necessary.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and may ask you to verify your identity directly, unless a valid power of attorney or similar legal authorization applies.

We may deny or limit a request when an exception applies, such as when information is needed to complete a transaction, protect security, prevent fraud, exercise legal rights, comply with law, or preserve another person’s rights. We will explain a denial and any available appeal process as required by law.

12.2 European and UK rights

If European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Swiss data-protection law applies, you may also have rights to object to processing based on legitimate interests, restrict processing, receive data portability, and complain to your local data-protection authority.

12.3 U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, obtain portability, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of sale, opt out of certain profiling, limit certain sensitive-data processing, and appeal a decision. These rights apply only to the extent the relevant law covers us and the information.

13. California Privacy Notice

This section supplements the rest of the Policy for California residents. It applies only to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, covers World of Creatives and the information at issue.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Depending on the advertising and analytics tools enabled, disclosure of online identifiers and internet activity for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “selling” or “sharing” under California law.

California residents may opt out through the Your Privacy Choices link, by sending a GPC signal, or by emailing dwayne@worldofcreatives.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.”

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Depending on the system, these may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, vendor review, backups, monitoring, fraud prevention, and limits on employee or contractor access.

No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that information will never be lost, misused, altered, accessed, or disclosed without authorization. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password, protecting your devices, and notifying us promptly of suspected account compromise.

If a breach creates a legal notification obligation, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

15. Children and Teens

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

A limited program for a person who is 16 or 17 may be offered only through a separately approved process with verified parent or guardian permission and appropriate safeguards.

16. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or embed third-party websites, videos, podcasts, social tools, comments, payment pages, or community features. Third parties may collect information directly from you under their own privacy policies. We do not control their independent practices.

Review a third party’s privacy terms before sending sensitive information or connecting an account. Our Policy does not apply to a third party’s independent processing.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our Services, vendors, technology, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Policy and update the date above.

For material changes, we will provide notice reasonably appropriate to the circumstances, such as a site notice, email, or renewed consent where required. We will not apply a materially different use to previously collected information without any notice or consent required by law.
